4. Monthly subscription and cancellation

The subscription is billed monthly and can be cancelled monthly.

5. 30-day returns and routers

You can try Gastro WiFi for 30 days once per contract. The period starts when you receive the first delivery. If you return routers within this period at your own cost, we refund the rent paid for each returned router and the one-time 69.00 EUR for provisioning, setup and shipping. The rent is 9.00 EUR per month for an additional router; for a router included in a plan, it is the plan price divided by the number of routers included in that plan. If you return all routers, the contract ends. The period applies to all routers you receive before it expires. Routers you receive later do not have their own trial period.

The routers are rented only and do not become your property. At the end of the contract, you return them at your own cost. If a router is lost or damaged, we charge a flat rate of 150 euros per router. You may prove that you are not responsible for the loss or damage or that the damage is lower. Switzerland: you are the importer and bear import tax and customs clearance costs.

Prices and taxes

All prices stated are net prices in EUR. For cross-border B2B services to businesses in the European Union, the reverse charge procedure applies where the statutory requirements are met. In that case, the recipient of the service owes the VAT. The invoice contains the corresponding note. Businesses in Switzerland are the importers of routers supplied to them and bear import tax and customs clearance costs. Deliveries of goods and the provision of devices must be assessed separately under the applicable tax rules.
