The guest WiFi is separate from your building’s network and only leads to the internet. Visitors cannot see each other either.
Every visitor gives consent personally and confirms it by email. The consent is stored.
For larger businesses where the network must never stand still. Pro adds a personal contact person. They reply within four hours on working days. If the AI app cannot help further, Airfy’s technicians take over.
Pro only: flat ceiling routers with PoE, PoE switches and firewalls, selectable when ordering. Each package applies per location. You choose a package and the number of routers for each location.
The platform runs on servers in Germany. Operations and support come from the European Economic Area and Switzerland.
